Starting with his family home. After a few successful renovations and sales, he found his true calling. Wayne developed a vision for a market of homes that were seldom seen locally: traditional, country-style homes. After a few more years building homes in partnerships with others, Wayne decided it was time to go alone and launch his own. That’s where Frank Oliver Country Homes was born.
A site steeped in local history and culture. Since then, Wayne and his small, passionate team have been carefully planning, building and marketing the development, ensuring the history of the site is preserved and reflected throughout the build.
